լƵ (SNHU) has been named one of Forbes’ in the U.S. for the fourth consecutive year, highlighting the university’s ongoing commitment to equity, inclusion, and fostering a workplace where women can thrive. The annual ranking is presented by Forbes and Statista Inc., a leading provider of market and consumer data.

“At SNHU, we put people first by cultivating a culture where everyone feels seen, supported, and empowered to lead,” said Heather Baram, Senior Vice President and Chief People Officer at SNHU. “To be recognized for a fourth year reflects the intentional, equity-driven work we do every day to ensure all employees have opportunities to grow, lead, and transform lives – including their own.”

This year, SNHU ranks among the top 700 employers to make the list, which was compiled through an independent survey of more than 140,000 women working at U.S. companies with at least 1,000 employees. Respondents were asked to evaluate their employers on criteria including:

  • Work-life balance
  • Parental leave policies
  • Benefits for childcare or eldercare
  • Responsiveness to discrimination and misconduct
